Job Description
- Core Responsibilities
- •Businesss Development: Proactively seek out new projects by networking with architects, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and general contractors.
- Technical Consultation: Analyze blueprints and building specifications to determine the most efficient system design.
- Tendering & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, technical proposals, and bid documents for large-scale projects.
- Site Surveys: Visit job sites to assess existing infrastructure and provide recommendations for retrofits or new installations.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring client needs are met from the initial handshake to the final commissioning.
