HVAC Operator

Edu - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience of at least 1-3 years

* Conduct regular inspections to ensure HVAC systems, tools, and equipment are clean, organized, and 

functioning optimally.

* Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault 

rectification.

* Inspect, service, and adjust heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems using 

advanced diagnostic tools.

* Operate, maintain, and optimize water-cooled chillers, including system start-up and shutdown.

* Monitor and adjust system parameters to maintain desired performance and energy efficiency.

* Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as filter cleaning, lubrication, and component checks.

* Create and follow preventive maintenance schedules, documenting all activities and outcomes.

* Diagnose and repair minor defects in controls, thermostats, pumps, and water pressure regulators.

* Utilize standard and specialized tools for repairs and calibrations.

* Assist the HVAC Supervisor for all activities in the allocated shift.
