Job Description
Profile: Kotak 811 - Inbound Voice Process (Customer Service + Cross Sell)
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls regarding Kotak 811 digital account
- Explaining digital banking features, benefits & processes
- Solving queries related to account, transactions, product usage, etc.
- Maintaining CRM records & follow-ups
- Cross selling relevant banking products (25%)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Male/Female can apply
- Only Experience Candidates Required.
- Education: Graduate mandatory (Any stream)
- Age: 18 - 32 years
- Good English communication Required
- No employment gap more than 6 months
- Customer service / banking / BPO experience preferred
Work Details:
- Employment Type: Direct Kotak Bank Payroll
- Process Type: Inbound + Cross Sell
- Shift: 24/7 Rotational
- (Females Shift Window: 7 AM - 8 PM)
- Week Off: 8 rotational offs/month
Salary: Upto ₹4,00,000 CTC/annum (Based on interview)
