Job Description

Job Title: Inbound Officer – Kotak 811

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Job Summary:

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to handle inbound queries for Kotak 811, while identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
  • Resolve queries related to banking products and services
  • Deliver high-quality customer service (approx. 75% of role)
  • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities (approx. 25% of role)
  • Maintain call quality and productivity standards (100–150 calls per day)
  • Achieve individual and team targets

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Minimum sales experience required; freshers not eligible
  • Age: 18–32 years
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Employment gap not exceeding 6 months

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC: Up to ₹3,59,000 per annum (based on performance)
  • In-hand Salary: ₹18,000–₹24,000/month
  • Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month
  • Direct employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank

Work Schedule:

  • Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour rotational shifts)
  • Weekly Offs: 4 per month (first 6 months), 6 per month (post-confirmation)
