Job Description
Job Title: Inbound Officer – Kotak 811

Job Summary:
We are seeking customer-focused professionals to handle inbound queries for Kotak 811, while identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
- Resolve queries related to banking products and services
- Deliver high-quality customer service (approx. 75% of role)
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities (approx. 25% of role)
- Maintain call quality and productivity standards (100–150 calls per day)
- Achieve individual and team targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Minimum sales experience required; freshers not eligible
- Age: 18–32 years
- Excellent spoken English
- Employment gap not exceeding 6 months
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: Up to ₹3,59,000 per annum (based on performance)
- In-hand Salary: ₹18,000–₹24,000/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month
- Direct employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank
Work Schedule:
- Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour rotational shifts)
- Weekly Offs: 4 per month (first 6 months), 6 per month (post-confirmation)
