Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) - Demat Account Acquisition

Location: Thane (Remote work options may be considered)

Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM, with a rotational week off on Wednesdays

Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹35,000 (In-hand) + Incentives (up to ₹70,000)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with digital clients to acquire Demat accounts.
• Use provided leads to acquire clients and ensure app downloads.
• Guide clients through the KYC process and assist in account opening.
• Support clients by answering queries and providing relevant stock market insights.
• Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and account completions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or broking, with a focus on client relationship management.
• Strong client-facing, telesales, or virtual relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client interaction.
• In-depth knowledge of Demat accounts, stock market terminology (Nifty 50, Sensex, SEBI), and investment trends.
• Must be based in Thane or open to remote work with flexible hours.
• Target-driven and performance-oriented.

Key Interview Questions:

• What is a Demat Account and how does it work?
• What is the Share Market and its role in investment?
• Explain Nifty 50, Stocks, Sensex, SEBI, etc.
• Basic math proficiency (e.g., 20% of 100).
