Hiring: Sr. Customer Service Representative (Backoffice Process)

Salary: Up to â‚ą27,000 (Net Take Home)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational
Working Days: 5 days (2 rotational week-offs)
Eligibility:
- HSC/Graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service/back office
- Good English communication skills
Selection Process:
HR Round → AMCAT → Multichat Writex → Operations → Typing Test
Requirements:
- AMCAT or Multichat Writex Score: C1/C2
- Typing Speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
