Location Thane,Mumbai

Key Responsibilies: Design Leadership: Develop and approve concepts, mood boards, layouts, and finish/furniture plans aligned with client briefs and brand standards.

 Project Oversight: Guide Site In-Charge and contractors to ensure execu on matches approved design intent.

Meetings & Coordina on: A end on-site and offline mee ngs to resolve design-related queries and provide direc on. 

Team Support: Assist team members with challenges, review deliverables, and maintain design quality.

Reporting: Share daily progress updates with senior management and highlight any design-related issues.

Scheduling: Prepare weekly work schedules for the design team to ensure mely comple on of tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.

More than 5 years of experience in luxury residen al interior design.

Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects from concept to documenta on.

Strong por olio showcasing high-end residen al interiors.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Suite.

Excellent leadership, communica on, and client-facing skills.
