Process: Customer Service Executive – Medical Billing (AR)

Location: Thane West

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the Medical Billing (Accounts Receivable) process. The role involves handling AR functions, resolving billing queries, and ensuring smooth communication with clients regarding medical claims and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable processes including follow-ups on claims and payments
• Manage customer service interactions related to billing and insurance queries
• Work on medical billing tasks such as claim processing and payment posting
• Resolve discrepancies in billing and ensure timely collections
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum HSC pass / Graduate
• Minimum 6 months of experience in AR, customer service, or medical billing
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management preferred

Compensation:

• Salary up to INR 28,000 in hand (based on qualification and experience)

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months relevant experience mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
