MODE : Work From Office (WFO)

Open Positions:

• Customer Service / Voice Process – Day or Night Shift
• Technical & Semi-Technical Support – Voice / Chat / Blended
• Travel Domain (GDS – Sabre / Amadeus) – Ticketing / ADM Handling
• AR Calling / Medical Billing – Healthcare / US Process
• Sales & Tech Sales Support – International Campaigns

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or chats with international clients
• Deliver accurate solutions to customer or technical queries
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, or network issues
• Document case logs in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics

Shift & Schedule:

24×7 Rotational Shifts (Night shift as per process)

5 Working Days | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:

• Freshers eligible for entry-level processes
• 6 months to 2+ years in International Voice / Technical Support preferred

Communication: Excellent English (Verbal & Written) – mandatory

Age Limit: Up to 49 years

Salary & Benefits :

₹18,000 – ₹45,000 In-Hand (based on process & experience)

Incentives + Performance Bonus + Night Shift Allowance

Home Pickup & Drop (for select processes)
