Job Title: Part-Time Inbound Calling Executive

Location: Thane West

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Part-time

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, providing information, and resolving issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Document call details and follow up as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
Meet call handling targets as set by management.
