Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Open Positions:

International Voice – Banking / Healthcare / Technical Support

Semi-Tech Support – Australian Shift

Medical Billing (AR) – Blended Process

Customer Service – Technical Troubleshooting

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers (voice process).
• Provide accurate solutions for customer or technical queries.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software and product-related issues.
• Maintain call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Update case logs and documentation in CRM tools.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases.

Shift & Schedule:

24×7 Rotational Shifts (Night shift as per process)

5 Working Days | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:

• Freshers eligible for select roles
• 6 months–1+ year experience in Voice / Customer Service / Medical Billing preferred

Communication: Excellent English (C1 / C2 level)

Age Limit: Up to 48–49 years

Salary Range:

₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.3 LPA (based on process & experience)

Additional Benefits: Incentives + Night Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus
