Job Description
We are hiring International Telecallers for First Party Collections process with a leading US bank.
Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound calls for first-party debt collections for a US-based bank
Follow up on payments and resolve outstanding account balances
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements:
SSC/HSC qualification
Minimum 6 months US international calling experience (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills
Basic understanding of collections and payment follow-up processes
Immediate joiner only
