INSULET Voice Process
SR. Customer Service Representative – Insulet Voice Process
Salary: Up to 38k net take home
Employment Type: Full-time, Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs
Shift Timing: 24/7 rotational shifts
Qualifications:
HSC or Graduate with Minimum 6 months of experience or above in an international BPO.
Rounds of Interview - HR, Amcat, multichat writex, operations round, Typing test (35 wpm net speed and 90% accuracy)
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
