 Job Title : SR.Customer Service Representative – Insulet Voice Process

 Salary : Up to 38k net take home 

 Employment Type : Full-time, Immediate Joiners Preferred.

 Working Days : 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs

 Shift Timing : 24/7 rotational shifts

 Qualifications :

HSC or Graduate with 

Minimum 6 months of experience or above in an international BPO.

Rounds of Interview - HR, Amcat, multichat writex, operations round, Typing test (35 wpm net speed and 90% accuracy)

Amcat score - C2

Multichat writex score - C2

Either in Amcat or multichat writex, score should Cluster 1 (C1) or Cluster 2 (C2)

(Tests should be completed before operations round)

Strong verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
