• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
• Meet daily/weekly call handling targets and quality standards
• Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Prior experience in customer service or call center preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work in night shifts
