Job Description
Hiring for an international voice process supporting customers of a leading telecom and broadband service provider. Join a leading international process and build your career in customer support.
Location: Thane (Ghodbunder)
Shift: Australian Shift 2:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Any 9 hours)
Joining: Immediate
Job Role:
- Assist customers with internet, network, and connectivity-related concerns
- Handle queries related to mobile, broadband, and home services
- Provide step-by-step technical troubleshooting
- Guide customers on service upgrades and add-on features
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC / Graduate Freshers can apply
- HSC/ Graduates with minimum 6 months of experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic technical understanding and customer handling skills
- All documents mandatory
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹18,000 – ₹29,500 per month
- ₹2,000 Variable
