Role: Inventory Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

·      Ensure timely inwarding and processing of inventory after delivery.

·      Reconcile delivery data and respond to discrepancies promptly.

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inbound and defective parts.

·      Conduct weekly and monthly audits; share audit reports within deadlines.

·      Monitor system accuracy, ensure proper mapping, and maintain 100% data integrity in both hardcopy and digital formats.

·      Coordinate with the warehouse and escalate unresolved system issues for timely closure.

·      Adhere to zero pendency standards and inventory accuracy benchmarks.

Expectations from the Candidate:

·      Attention to Detail: Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory records, audit reports, and data mapping.

·      Timely Reporting: Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports within set deadlines without fail.

·      Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to SOPs, especially regarding inventory inwarding, part issue tracking, and defective part clearance.

·      Proactive Communication: Identify and escalate discrepancies or system issues immediately, and follow up until resolution.

·      Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for maintaining proper documentation—both physical and digital—ensuring zero pendency.

·      Analytical Thinking: Regularly review system data, audit findings, and part utilization to minimize delays and inefficiencies.

·      Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with Warehouse, ESC, and Regional Inventory teams for seamless operations.

·      Technical Proficiency: Should be comfortable working with Excel, inventory management systems, and reporting formats.
