Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support the Accounts Manager in closing books of accounts on a monthly and yearly basis.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Prepare GST workings, input credit reconciliation, and TDS deductions.
• Assist in timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes.

Documentation & Coordination:

• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for queries and data submission.
• Support management with any ad-hoc accounting tasks and data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
