Junior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, including membership fees, event income, and bar/restaurant sales (if applicable)
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle member billing, receipts, and follow-ups on outstanding dues
• Prepare bank and cash reconciliations
• Maintain vendor invoices, payments, and expense records
• Ensure compliance with club policies and applicable accounting regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
