Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities• Manage purchase entries, expenses, payables/receivables, and ledger postings in Tally.

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and debtors/creditors reconciliation.

• Handle bill booking, verification, and documentation.

• Issue invoices, delivery challans, and monitor unbilled invoices.

• Calculate, prepare, and file statutory compliances including TDS and GST.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, PT, MLWF, etc.).

• Maintain fixed asset records, stock statements, and banking documentation.

• Assist in preparation of financial reports and finalization of accounts.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments for assessments and audits.

• Support basic administrative functions such as document management, record keeping, coordination with vendors, and office-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (internship experience is a plus).

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
