Total Shift Timing: 12:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Shop Operational Hours: 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM)

About Yeti House:

Yeti House is a fast-growing QSR brand in Thane, famous for authentic Himalayan food (Momos & Laphing).

We are looking for 2 energetic and disciplined kitchen staff members to manage daily outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Daily preparation of raw materials, dough, fillings, and signature sauces as per company standards.
• Counter Operations: Manage the steaming and serving station during operational hours with high speed and accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and alert the manager for replenishment.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain strict cleanliness standards in the kitchen, washing area, and service counter.
• Customer Service: Ensure polite and quick service to customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a QSR/Fast Food setup preferred (Freshers with a willingness to learn can apply).
• Must be hygienic, well-groomed, and disciplined.
• Ability to work in a high-speed environment during peak hours.

ड्यूटी का समय: दोपहर 12:00 बजे से रात 11:30 बजे तक (दुकान खुलने का समय: शाम 5:30 बजे से रात 11:30 बजे तक)

येति हाउस के बारे में: येति हाउस ठाणे का एक तेजी से बढ़ता हुआ QSR (फास्ट फूड) ब्रांड है, जो अपने हिमालयन फूड (मोमोज और लाफिंग) के लिए मशहूर है।

हमें आउटलेट के कामकाज को संभालने के लिए 2 मेहनती और अनुशासित लड़कों की जरूरत है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• फूड की तैयारी: कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार रोज का कच्चा माल, आटा, फिलिंग और खास सॉस तैयार करना।
• काउंटर का काम: दुकान खुलने के समय स्टीमिंग और सर्विंग काउंटर को तेजी और सही तरीके से संभालना।
• स्टॉक और सामान: सामान (स्टॉक) पर नज़र रखना और खत्म होने से पहले मैनेजर को जानकारी देना।
• साफ-सफाई: किचन, बर्तन धोने की जगह और सर्विस काउंटर को हमेशा साफ-सुथरा रखना।
• कस्टमर सर्विस: ग्राहकों से विनम्रता से बात करना और जल्दी सर्विस देना।

हमें किसकी तलाश है:

• फास्ट फूड या रेस्टोरेंट में कम से कम 6 महीने का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर है (नए लोग जो काम सीखने के इच्छुक हैं, वे भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं)।
• साफ-सुथरा रहना और अनुशासन में काम करना जरूरी है।
• भीड़ के समय (Peak Hours) में तेजी से काम करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
