Job Role: Inbound Officer Kotak 811

Location: Neptune Elements, Thane West

Department: Customer Service / Cross Sales

Payroll: Directly on Kotak Mahindra Bank's Payroll


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide information regarding Kotak 811 products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate cross-selling of banking products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and service targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Adhere to banking policies and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience in any industry (BFSI preferred).
  • Freshers: Not eligible.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
  • Age: 18 to 32 years.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Employment Gap: No gaps exceeding 6 months will be considered.

Job Details:

  • Salary: Up to 3,50,000 CTC (based on interview performance).
  • Shift Timing: 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (rotational).
  • Week Offs:
  • 4 rotational week offs per month (initially).
  • 6 week offs per month after 6 months of confirmation.
