Job Title: Video KYC Executive (Banking)

Location:  Thane & Noida

CTC: Fresher - 2,80,000/- 

      Inhand - 17,500

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video calls to complete Full KYC for customers
• Verify customer details and ensure submitted documents match records
• Ensure VKYC is completed by the right party only
• Maintain positive customer relationships throughout the KYC process
• Cross-sell relevant banking products with complete and accurate information
• Schedule call-backs and ensure timely follow-ups
• Deliver quality communication and customer service as per defined productivity and service benchmarks

Eligibility & Shift:-

• Graduates - Freshers
• Female Candidates

  Age Range – Above 21 & Below 35
