Lab Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our diagnostic Centre. The candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in pathology

Handle and process samples (blood, urine, etc.)

Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration

Follow quality control protocols and safety standards

Record and report test results accurately

Coordinate with doctors and staff for timely reporting

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab

Requirements

DMLT / BMLT or relevant qualification

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a diagnostic lab

Knowledge of pathology procedures and lab instruments

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills

Experience with automated lab machines

Good communication and teamwork skills
