Labour Helper/Mazdoor

Role Summary

Work as site helper for LPS & earthing installation. You’ll support technicians with material shifting, fixing supports, digging, assisting in routing, and maintaining site housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Material shifting: strips, conductors, clamps, rods, tools

• Assist in installation work: holding, drilling support, fastening support

• Digging/backfilling for earthing pits / trenches (where required)

• Assist in cable/strip routing, fixing saddles/clamps (under supervision)

• Loading/unloading material, store handling support

• Site housekeeping + tool care

• Follow safety instructions and wear PPE

Requirements

• 0–3 years site experience (construction/electrical preferred)

• Physically fit; comfortable with site work and height work (as required)

• Discipline: on-time reporting, follow supervisor instructions

Preferred

• Experience in electrical/earthing/LPS sites

• Basic understanding of tools (drill machine, grinder handling support)
