Job Description

Looking for a Laptop Support Engineer with knowledge of laptop repair and troubleshooting.


  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, battery, etc.)
  • Install and troubleshoot operating systems such as Microsoft Windows
  • Replace faulty laptop components
  • Perform virus removal and system optimization
  • Handle software installation and configuration
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support
  • Maintain service records and documentation
