1. The Lead – Capacity Management is responsible for overseeing infrastructure and application capacity across the Bank’s technology landscape. 
2. This role involves monitoring usage trends, forecasting future requirements, and planning upgrades to ensure optimal performance and scalability. 
3. The position also ensures adherence to regulatory and compliance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align capacity planning with business and operational goals.

1. Monitor infrastructure and application capacity across compute, storage, and network layers to identify trends and potential bottlenecks.
2. Lead capacity planning and forecasting initiatives to support business growth and technology upgrades.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, assess utilization, and recommend scalable solutions.
4. Drive automation and orchestration of capacity monitoring and reporting using bank’s observability and automation tools.
5. Ensure capacity-related decisions align with regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI) and internal compliance standards.
6. Support audits and maintain accurate documentation of capacity metrics, thresholds, procedures, SOPs and planning models.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

Certifications:
Certifications in ITIL (preferably v4) are highly desirable. Additional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe are good to have.

Min Exp: 10 years

Max Exp: 15 years

Experience in the BFSI sector is preferred, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., RBI guidelines), audit readiness, and risk mitigation. Hands-on experience with capacity monitoring tools, automation, and orchestration platforms is essential.
