Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Incentives: ₹5,000 per month (based on performance)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team at RNFI Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and maintaining a strong pipeline to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through various online and offline channels.

Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication methods.

Maintain and update the lead database regularly.

Qualify leads based on company criteria and pass them to the sales team.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.

Report daily and weekly progress to the team leader or manager.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

0–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Self-motivated and target-oriented.
