Lead Generation Executive

About Us:

Creez World is a dynamic and growing Exhibition management company based in Thane. We specialize in exhibition stand design and construction and are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

 Research and identify potential leads through various online and offline sources.

 Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.

 Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.

 Qualify leads based on their business needs, challenges, and potential interest in our services.

 Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the sales team.

 Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads for follow-up and closure.

 Track and report on lead generation activities, including daily progress and success metrics.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and stay top-of-mind for future opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

 Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

 Strong research skills and the ability to gather information on potential leads.

 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection professionally.

 Target-driven and motivated to meet daily/weekly lead generation goals.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Prior experience in lead generation or telemarketing is a plus but not required.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum: High School Diploma / Graduate in any field.

Prior experience in B2B lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
