Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Calling)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with strong calling skills to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, understanding customer requirements, and generating quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on company criteria
• Explain company products/services clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate call records and lead details in CRM/system
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments/demos
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead targets

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in lead generation / telecalling / inside sales preferred
• Strong communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
• Comfortable with calling targets and customer interaction
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, or calling software
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
