Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Clearly explain the features, benefits, interest rates, charges, and terms of different banking products to customers.
Achieve or exceed monthly, weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
Market Awareness,Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Education: Minimum HSC
- Experience: Freshers can also apply.
- Communication: Good English and Hindi communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Abilities: customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven,fast-paced environment.
- Salary- 14500 - 21000 ,depends on skills and experience.
