Lead Generation Specialists

We are hiring Lead Generation Specialists for a B2B sales role. This is a pure hunting role involving email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and outbound calling.

The role requires high activity levels, strong communication skills, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

·       Generate leads through emails, LinkedIn, databases and calling.

·       Identify and connect with decision-makers

·       Explain company solutions and generate interest

·       Schedule meetings

·       Follow up with prospects regularly

·       Maintain accurate data in CRM

Candidate Profile

·       0 to 3 years experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Telecalling / Business Development

·       Strong communication and persuasion skills

·       Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach

·       Target-driven and proactive attitude

·       Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
