Loan Consultant

As a Telecalling Executive specializing in Automobile Loan Sales and Car Sales at AUTOWORLD, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers over the phone and promoting our automobile financing and car sales services. Your goal will be to understand customer needs and guide them towards suitable loan options or vehicle purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers interested in automobile financing or car purchases. Provide information on available loan options and car models.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their requirements and offer customized solutions.

Loan and Car Sales: Explain the benefits and features of various automobile loan products and available car models. Guide customers through the loan application process or assist with selecting a suitable vehicle.

Sales Targets: Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for both automobile loans and car sales. Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and sales.

Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of automobile loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. Stay updated on car models, specifications, and pricing.

Script Adherence: Follow the provided call scripts and sales guidelines. Customize communication based on customer needs and feedback.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases. Record customer interactions, preferences, and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills: 

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role, preferably in the automobile industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
