Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Setup & Support
Configure and manage email hosting services (including DNS settings, MX records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC).
Provide first-level technical support for email client configuration (Outlook, Gmail, IMAP/POP3).
Manage the Admin Console to provision users, adjust storage quotas, and monitor service health.
2. Sales & Product Demonstrations
Coordinate and host live demo meetings with prospective clients to showcase our hosting solutions.
Translate complex technical features into clear business benefits for non-technical stakeholders.
Actively follow up with leads generated from demos to convert them into active accounts.
3. Account Management & Billing
Generate and send professional quotations for new services and upgrades.
Proactively manage the renewal pipeline, ensuring no service lapses for existing clients.
Track outstanding invoices and perform payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience managing email hosting platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, or private cPanel/Plesk servers).
DNS Knowledge: Clear understanding of how domain records work.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for emails and live presentations.
Organization: Ability to juggle multiple follow-ups, quotations, and support tickets without letting items slip through the cracks.
Sales Aptitude: A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to identify upsell opportunities during support or renewal calls.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Response Time: Speed of delivery for new quotations and support queries.
Retention Rate: Success percentage of annual service renewals.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of demo attendees who become paying customers.
Administrative Accuracy: Precision in console management and billing records.
