Manager - DSMG - Legal & Remedial - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - JM
Handling Consumer and Civil cases
1. To analyze the case contentions of Consumer and Civil Cases,
2. To gather information from different departments,
3. To Brief the advocate with defence Line Ups with all the
documents.
4. Frame / Vet written statements/ Objections prepared by the
advocates,
5. Prepare One Pager of the cases.
6. Handling, Tracking and looking after the proress of the cases and
bring it to the logical end.
