Job Role: AR Caller – Medical Billing (Blended Process)

Process: DULY Authorization (DULY L.O.B.)

Location: Thane west

Job Type: Full-time

Joining: Immediate (DOJ – Immediate)

Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational week offs

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced AR Callers for a blended process under DULY Authorization (DULY L.O.B.). The role involves handling accounts receivable functions in medical billing, including denial management and insurance follow-ups, along with backend coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end AR calling for US healthcare/medical billing process

Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status and payments

Work on denied claims and initiate appropriate actions for resolution

Analyze and resolve billing issues and discrepancies

Maintain accurate records of calls and claim updates

Coordinate with internal teams for claim processing and resolution

Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

HSC or Graduate (any stream)

Minimum 6 months of experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, or Denial Management (mandatory)

Good understanding of US healthcare billing processes

Strong communication and analytical skills

Salary:

Up to ₹32,000 in-hand (based on qualification and experience)

Blended process (voice + non-voice)

Rotational shifts and week offs
