MIS Executive

Job Tittle : MIS Executive – Fresher

Location: Wagle Circle , Thane

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a fresher candidate who can handle basic email communication, client follow-ups, and prepare MIS reports using Excel. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and reply to client emails professionally.
• Follow up with clients and update the status in trackers.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain Excel sheets and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
• Support management with any data-related tasks.

Required Skills :

• Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, filter, sorting, formatting).
• Good communication skills (email and phone).
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic analytical understanding.

Qualifications :

• Graduate in any stream: B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / BCA / Any equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
