 Position: Inbound Customer Service Executive – NRCCU (Email & Chat Support) *

About the Role

 Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Inbound Customer Service Executive – NRCCU. The role involves handling inbound customer calls along with email and chat support, ensuring high-quality service and prompt resolution of customer queries.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

 

2. Respond to customer queries via email and chat

 

3. Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services

 

4. Resolve customer issues within defined TAT

 

5. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

 

6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

 

Eligibility Criteria

 

Education: Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)

 

Experience:

 Experienced candidates preferred (salary based on interview performance)

 Age Limit: 18 – 32 years

 Gender: Male / Female

 Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)

 Gap Criteria: No employment/education gap exceeding 6 months

 

Salary Details

 Experienced: Up to ₹4.50 LPA (CTC)—based on interview performance

Working Days & Timings

 Flexible to work 24/7 (For Females: 7AM till 8PM), including Sundays/holidays

Flexible to get scattered 8 weeks off in a month with 9-hour shifts
