1. Promote and sell credit cards to prospective customers based on their financial needs and eligibility.
2. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the bank.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Provide accurate information on credit card products, features, and benefits to customers.
5. Process credit card applications and ensure all required documentation is complete.
6. Collaborate with other departments within the bank to expedite application processing and resolve customer inquiries.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting credit card sales.
