Job Title: Operation Customer Expert (Medical Billing - AR Process)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic and motivated professionals for our International Medical Billing – AR (Accounts Receivable) & Denial Management process. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end medical billing tasks, follow up on claims, handle denials, and support international clients with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve queries from international clients.
• Handle AR follow-up, Denial Management, and Claim Management.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems promptly.
• Ensure timely resolution of claims and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate with at least 6 months Medical Billing Experience may apply.
• Prior experience in International BPO, Medical Billing, AR, or Denial Management is preferred.
• Ability to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

• upto 28K inhand

Shifts:

• 🕘 24×7 rotational shifts
• 📅 2 rotational weekly offs
