- Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily/weekly production as per sales orders
- Ensure availability and efficient use of raw materials
- Maintain quality standards; reduce rejections and rework
- Coordinate production, QC, stores, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Manage shop-floor manpower and productivity
- Control operational costs and improve efficiency
- Share regular production and dispatch updates with management
