Job Responsibilities:• Handle front desk & welcome pet parents warmly
• Manage appointment bookings for grooming & boarding
• Answer calls, WhatsApp messages & customer inquiries
• Coordinate daily salon & boarding operations
• Maintain client records, payments & follow-ups
• Support staff scheduling & basic administrative work
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility
Requirements:• Love and comfort around pets is a must 🐾
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp handling
• Organized, responsible & willing to learn
• Ready to work on weekends & holidays
