Role & responsibilities Banking products customer service and cross selling like loans,insurance,credit cards,two wheeler ,etc

Preferred candidate profile

• Outbound voice process
• Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Education: Must be a Graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
