1. Store Operations

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

Oversee garment intake, tagging, processing, and dispatch.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store.

Monitor machine operations and report maintenance issues promptly.

2. Customer Service

Greet and assist customers professionally.

Handle customer complaints and queries effectively.

Ensure timely delivery of garments as promised.

Maintain strong relationships with regular customers and promote loyalty programs.

3. Staff Management

Supervise counter staff, runners, and support staff.

Prepare and manage duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.

Train staff on SOPs, hygiene, customer service, and handling of garments.

Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards.

4. Order Management

Verify order entries and ensure accuracy in tagging and billing.

Track garments through each process (wash, dry clean, press, pack, dispatch).

Coordinate with the factory/central unit for timely processing.

Maintain records of pending and delivered orders.

5. Sales & Targets

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Promote add-on services (e.g., stain removal, premium care).

Track and report store performance and sales trends to management.

6. Cash & Billing

Ensure accurate billing and proper use of POS system.

Maintain daily cash register and reconcile end-of-day collections.

Deposit cash as per company policy and maintain records of transactions.

7. Inventory & Supplies

Monitor stock of consumables (tags, covers, detergents, hangers, etc.).

Raise requisitions for supplies in advance.

Ensure zero wastage and prevent pilferage.

8. Quality Control

Inspect finished garments before delivery.

Ensure garments are cleaned, pressed, and packed as per company standards.

Immediately report and document any damage or loss incidents.

9. Reporting & Communication

Maintain daily reports: sales, pending deliveries, complaints, and collections.

Communicate operational issues, feedback, and requirements to the operations team.

Attend regular review and training meetings.

10. Compliance & Safety

Follow all company SOPs and policies.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, fire safety, and waste disposal guidelines.

Keep all licenses, certificates, and display materials up to date
