Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer effective support.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
