Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer effective support.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
