- Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, Meta/Facebook leads)
- Explain project details to customers (1 RK / 1 BHK)
- Arrange & coordinate site visits
- Follow up with interested customers till booking
- Maintain daily lead & follow-up records
- Coordinate with senior sales / management team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi compulsory, English basic)
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
- Ability to convince & build customer trust
- Smartphone & basic WhatsApp usage mandatory
