We're Hiring a Purchase Executive for a leading manufacturing company!

Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Thane HQ

Experience: 1–3 years (technical purchasing preferred)

Working Days: Mon - Sat

Job timing: 10- 7

Job Brief: We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to order supplies and equipment in accordance with our company’s needs. This will involve researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate order records, including dates, invoices, and discounts. Familiarity with supply chain procedures and the ability to create and interpret cost analyses are important for this role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong vendor relationships for consistent supply and reliability.

• Issue POs, track deliveries, and ensure timely follow-ups until material receipt.

• Ensure all purchasing activities — PO creation, GRN updates, vendor bills — are accurately maintained in Tally.

• Maintain pricing records, vendor performance logs, and purchase data.

• Coordinate with warehousing, engineering, and sales coordination teams.

• Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.

• Verify quality and compliance of purchased materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tally — purchase entries, GRN, PO lifecycle.

• Proficiency in Excel and documentation.

• HSC / Graduate / Diploma in Engineering / Supply Chain preferred
