Purchase Executive

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors

Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules

Create and process purchase orders in line with company policies

Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance

Coordinate with internal departments (stores, finance, operations) for requirements

Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly
