Position: Sr. QA/QC Officer

Reports To: Director / Project Head / Project Manager

Location: Thane

Salary: up to ₹40,000 (as per interview)

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Off: Monday to Saturday working with Sunday fixed off

Gender: Male candidates only

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC with strong expertise in commercial building construction, PEB structures, luxurious interiors and allied services who shall be responsible for ensuring all activities, materials and workmanship comply with project specifications, drawings and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Quality Planning & Documentation (Method Statements, ITP)

* Site Inspection & Testing

* Material Control

* NCR Handling

* Documentation & Reporting

* Coordination with contractors & consultants

* Final Handover documentation

* Safety & Compliance

Qualification: Diploma / Graduation in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction / real estate / infra
