QA / QC Executive

About the Role:

To ensure accurate and timely sampling, analysis, documentation and delivery of materials in compliance with industry standards and internal procedures, supporting the quality assurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine and non-routine tests using instruments such as Gas Chromatography (GC) and other analytical tools.
2. Performing other tests like RI, SG, Colour, MP, etc using instruments.
3. Assist in calibration and maintenance of lab equipment including re-order and re-fill of gases in cylinders as per process
4. Collect sample product as per SOPs.
5. Ensure proper labelling and handling of samples to maintain integrity.
6. Ensure timely updates and traceability of all sample-related data including dispatch and receipt.
7. Coordinate the delivery of samples to internal departments or external destinations.
8. Maintain detailed records of sampling and testing activities for audits and traceability.
9. Ensure adherence to ISO standards and internal SOPs.
10. To perform any ad-hoc task assigned to meet evolving business requirements

Qualification & Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with GC and other analytical instruments.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Daily reporting of complete task and work in-progress
4. Good communication and coordination abilities.
5. Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel (Simple Formula, Filter, Sorting). Preferences would be given to Xlookup, VLOOKUP, Pivot proficiencies.
